The latest inspection of the Alaskan Way Viaduct in Seattle found no new settlement or structural damage.

The Transportation Department says repairs have stabilized the structure that sank 5.5 inches in the years following the 2001 Nisqually earthquake.

The department says it will continue to monitor and inspect the elevated highway along the Seattle waterfront until it is torn down in 2012.
