The notice was issued Wednesday to Fremont Inn and is the first time the city has used a Chronic Nuisance Ordinance that took effect this year. The ordinance is invoked if there are three or more “nuisance” activities at the property within 60 days, or seven in a year.
The Fremont Inn had seven in the past 60 days.
