In another item: Sidewalk bond group to meet again today.
A new Web site will allow many Eastside residents and park users to register and pay online for recreation activities and services, and find information on park-facility rentals and reservations.
The site, www.myparksandrecreation.com, is a collaborative effort by Eastside cities including Bellevue, Mercer Island, Bothell, Sammamish, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, Woodinville, Kirkland and Kenmore.
The site also will provide access to activity brochures, details about facilities, trail guides, an events calendar and other resources.
Currently, online registration is available for recreation programs in Bellevue and Kirkland, with Mercer Island to follow Jan. 20, and other cities in the coming weeks. For more information, or to create a login name and account password, contact your local parks department.
