A Seattle man previously convicted of possessing child porn has been accused of rebuilding his collection.

KOMO-TV reports that Seattle police raided 52-year-old Scott Cohen’s home Tuesday after noticing red flags in his Google history. He was arrested Wednesday. Cohen was under state supervision for a 2012 child-porn conviction.

Police say they believe Cohen downloaded pornography at public Wi-Fi sites, including the Seattle Public Library, the University of Washington and a mental-health clinic.

Cohen has been charged with four counts of dealing child pornography. He remains jailed on $1 million bail.
