SAMMAMISH — For homebuyers looking to purchase on the Sammamish Plateau, Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill affords one of the area’s most attractive and diverse luxury options, says sales manager Susan Meadows.

From its Signature stand-alone homes to its elegant Duet paired homes, she says, there is a home plan for everyone.

“Right now is a great time to visit the community,” Meadows says. “If you buy during our national sales event, from April 8–23, you will receive incentives that you can put toward Design Studio upgrades.”

During the sales event, homebuyers will also receive one year of security monitoring through TBI Smart Home Solutions, as well as a washer, dryer and refrigerator.

“Our Duets Collection of townhomes is an extremely attractive option for homebuyers who are looking to experience all of the benefits of the Sammamish Highlands region, while enjoying prices under $1 million,” says Meadows. “We currently have the Bigelow home design available for sale, and are preparing to release a new design soon.”

The Bigelow is a traditional luxury townhome spanning 3,071 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has an open floor plan with fireplace and views to the covered deck and beyond.

The Bigelow’s kitchen overlooks the great room and adjacent dining room, and features a curved center island with wraparound breakfast bar, an ample counter and cabinet space, and a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath with dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, shower with seat, linen storage and private water closet. This level also includes two secondary bedrooms with a shared bath and a sizable loft to serve as a secondary gathering space.

“We’re eagerly awaiting the release of our newest design in the Duets Collection, the Northup,” says Meadows.

The light-filled living room in the Northup plan connects to a secluded den that provides a private working area.

Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill also offers stand-alone homes in its Signature Collection. These feature a blend of classic two-story and three-story designs with three to five bedrooms.

Several homesites at Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill offer views of the Cascade Mountains and back to a private greenbelt. The community is served by the Lake Washington School District.

Residents enjoy the community’s proximity to the Sammamish Highlands shopping center, which is within walking distance, and the new Metropolitan Market at Sammamish Village.

Major employment centers, including Microsoft and Costco, are a short drive away.
