SAMMAMISH — Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill debuts its brand-new model home featuring the Sidney floor plan at an end-of-summer block party on Sept. 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“It’s a great opportunity for homebuyers to come out and see this stunning home,” says Susan Meadows, the community sales manager. “The Sidney showcases the style and type of homes that we’re building here — quality finishes with plenty of bright, open spaces.”

The Sidney model features a 2,600-square-foot design with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a two-car garage and a spacious bonus room on the first floor that can be used as a private guest suite.

The main floor features an open kitchen with upgraded Wolf appliances, hardwood flooring and designer lighting. It has a chef’s island with an upgraded waterfall butcher-block island that overlooks the great room. A fireplace with a pictorial shelf is an architectural focal point, framed with floor-to-ceiling tilework.

There is an attached covered front porch, which affords a relaxing outdoor living opportunity.

The Sidney’s top floor features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and exquisite. Designed to feel spa-like, the master bathroom has a standalone tub, walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and a double vanity.

As with all Toll Brothers homes, Pinnacle at Inglewood offers myriad options for personalization. Buyers are offered two complimentary sessions with a designer at the Kirkland Design Studio where they can choose paint colors, hardware, lighting, home automation and more.

“No two homes ever end up alike,” says Meadows. “That’s the benefit of owning in any Toll Brothers community.”

Homes range from three to five bedrooms and offer open-concept designs, covered decks and sizable lofts.

Pinnacle at Inglewood is served by the Lake Washington School District, and is less than a 10-minute drive from Margaret Mead Elementary, Inglewood Middle School and Eastlake High School.

The community is walkable to the Sammamish Highlands Shopping Center, and is close to several major employment centers, including Microsoft and Costco.

Homebuyers are encouraged to visit the community at the model home grand-opening event. There will be face painting and summer snacks, including fried-chicken sliders, miniature corn dogs and homemade ice cream sandwiches.

“It’s going to be a great, family-friendly time,” Meadows says. “The model showcases the high standard of Toll Brothers and homebuyers will get a good feel for how the community is coming together.
