Homebuyers will be treated to the first look today and Sunday at the newly completed model home at Spring Peak at Talus. The open house is a sneak peek opportunity, ahead of the model home’s grand opening next weekend.

The collection of three- and four-bedroom townhomes is surrounded by hundreds of acres of open and protected green space, making for a relaxed, natural setting. Some locations feature territorial and mountain views, further connecting the interiors to their natural surroundings.

The wilderness of Cougar Mountain serves as the backdrop for the contemporary finishes homebuyers will find inside the homes at Spring Peak. They include metal stair railings, hardwoods throughout the main floor, polished solid quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances with gas ranges, and private decks accented with metal railings.

“These homes are unlike anything that Issaquah has seen before,” says community sales manager Monica McMargo. “The interiors boast a crisp, modern — yet equally comfortable — aesthetic.”

Homes range in size from 1,356 to 1,938 square feet and include two-car attached garages.

Spring Peak’s largest home, the 1,938- square-foot “C” floor plan, offers a lower-level junior suite with private bath. “They’re ideal for multigenerational living or homeowners wanting a private home office or guest suite,” says McMargo. “This popular and spacious floor plan also features a flex room, great room with fireplace and large island kitchen.”

McMargo says half of the homes at Spring Peak have been sold. “They were sold ahead of our model home being completed, which speaks volumes about the community.”

Homes are currently being offered for sale for move-ins in June and July.

Spring Peak at Talus offers quick access to the trails of Cougar Mountain or the amenities of downtown Issaquah, including art galleries, a community theater, and popular shops and restaurants.

“We are also very convenient to I-90 — or the park and ride — for an easy drive into downtown Bellevue or Seattle or a trip east to the ski slopes,” says McMargo.
