Redhook comes back to Seattle as the Brewlab opens today on Capitol Hill.
The new Redhook Brewlab on Capitol Hill is a laboratory for innovative small-batch beers — but that doesn’t mean you can’t take some of the unique brews home with you.
The brewery, which opens today (see below for opening event info), offers growler fills, as well as “crowler” fills — 32-ounce cans filled on site from the draft selection and sealed for take-out.
Consider starting with the Washington Native series, a selection of IPAs made solely from ingredients sourced from Washington state by Redhook head brewer Nick Crandall.
$9–$12 for a crowler at Redhook Brewlab in the Pike Motorworks Building, 714 E. Pike St.
Grand opening party: The Redhook Brewlab will open its doors at 3 p.m. today, and will celebrate until 10 p.m. with a party that includes live music, a DJ and a taplist of 16 beers brewed in collaboration with breweries including Elysian, Georgetown, Ten Pin and more. Find out more at redhook.com.
