Flattering wrap skirts by Tease are sewn by hand in Portland from Goodwill finds.
A soft, stylish, one-of-a-kind skirt that fits almost every body? And it’s eco-friendly to boot?
Yes, please! Tease clothing’s wrap skirts are handcrafted in Portland from upcycled T-shirts, reclaimed knits and vintage fabrics rescued from Goodwill. Designer Kate Carder creates the pieces with exposed seams, contrasting fabrics and a long sash that can be wrapped in either direction. The flattering wrap design fits sizes 0–18.
Carder creates each skirt in her basement studio, often enlisting her husband, Michael Medina, to sew. The comfy piece transitions easily from work to beach or dinner and makes a great go-to for summer vacation.
