AUBURN — Four homes remain for sale at Vista Pointe, a collection of 22 homesites in Auburn’s West Hill neighborhood.

Located near state highways 18 and 167, Vista Pointe is surrounded by a native-growth protected area and offers sweeping views of the Auburn Valley, Mount Rainier and the Cascades.

“This is the last opportunity to purchase a home in this sought-after King County neighborhood,” says Erin Fowler the vice president of sales and marketing at Benchmark Communities’ Washington division, which is the builder at Vista Pointe. “Each of these beautifully appointed luxury homes has three levels of outdoor living, including balconies off the master suites overlooking the valley below.”

The final homes at Vista Pointe feature two-story designs with daylight basements. They range in size from 2,812 to 3,667 square feet and include up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The community offers sweeping views of the Auburn Valley, Mount Rainier and the Cascades.
