Whidbey Island bed and breakfasts will be open for public tours Sunday, Oct. 12, from noon to 5 p.m. during the island’s annual Harvest Fest Weekend Oct. 11 and 12. Ten houses will be open in Coupeville and Greenbank in Central Whidbey. Snacks will be available at each stop.
