Readers rave about clean City Hall Park, rant about blowing yard clippings into the street
RAVE To Seattle Parks Department employees who maintain City Hall Park, a little patch of green that’s heavily used by everyone from tourists to Pioneer Square workers to folks who have nowhere else to go during the day or night. I walk through at least twice a day to and from work and it’s always spic-and-span, with park benches and surrounding brick walkways in great shape. I’m sure keeping it up is not always an easy job, and it’s greatly appreciated.
RANT To landscapers who blow garden clippings and grass out into the street, making a mess and clogging street drains. Aren’t there rules against this?
