When the weather turns damp, it's nice to curl up in a cozy chair with a warm furry friend. If you're looking for a new cat to share that chair, Seattle Animal Shelter has a deal for you.
When the weather turns damp, it’s nice to curl up in a cozy chair with a warm furry friend. If you’re looking for a new cat to share that chair, Seattle Animal Shelter has a deal for you.
The shelter is waiving adoption fees on adult cats for a limited time so it can make room for felines coming in from an ongoing surrender in a cruelty investigation. Finding homes for the adoptable cats will enable the shelter staff and volunteers to focus on rehabilitating the cats coming in from the investigation. For information on adoptions, see the “Adopt a Cat for Free” item below.
Other events happening this month include the big America’s Pet Expo, Tukwila Pool’s Pooch Plunge, Dog Nutrition Education and Feast for the Turkeys.
