Others may be fast approaching panic mode, having so far failed to wangle an invitation to someone else’s house or been unable to convince their family to try a restaurant this year.
For the culinarily challenged, one solution is to order a fully cooked holiday meal-to-go. Area markets, restaurants, specialty food shops and caterers offer packages that range from traditional to trendy, with options for vegetarians and carb-counters as well.
