– ½ cup dark Karo syrup

– 2 cups milk

– 2 cups sugar

– 2 cups vegetable oil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 teaspoons baking soda

– 2 eggs, beaten

– About 10 cups flour

– Butter, cinnamon and sugar for serving

Roll pieces out on a floured board to make very thin circles. Place on a hot griddle and cook until slightly brown on each side. Then put in a preheated 150 degree oven for about 30 minutes to dry. Serve with butter, cinnamon and sugar.
