Makes 60 krumkake


– 3 eggs
– 1 cup sugar
– ½ cup melted butter
– ½ cup water
– 1½ cups flour
– Dash of salt
– 1 teaspoon crushed cardamom

Beat eggs, then add sugar slowly. Slowly add the melted butter, water, flour, salt and cardamom while constantly beating.


2. Bake on a krumkake iron until golden. Roll into cone shape immediately after taking off the iron.
