Here are some of Tuesday's DVD releases. Star ratings are by Seattle Times movie reviewers, freelancers or wire services (for full reviews, go to www.seattletimes.com/movies).

3.5 stars "The Bank Job" (R), Roger Donaldson's caper flick starring action guy Jason Statham.

3 stars"Penelope" (PG), a sweetly offbeat fairy tale from director Mark Palansky featuring Christina Ricci as the fairest girl with a pig's snout in the land. The cast also includes Reese Witherspoon and James McAvoy.

2 stars "College Road Trip" (G), a father-daughter comedy with Martin Lawrence and Raven-Symoné. Directed by Roger Kumble.

2 stars "Step Up 2 the Streets" (PG-13), Jon M. Chu's sequel to 2006's "Step Up." This dance-competition movie stars Briana Evigan as a troubled girl from the wrong part of town who's given an opportunity to straighten up at the Maryland School of the Arts.

1.5 stars "Shutter" (PG-13), a horror tale about a married couple (Joshua Jackson, Rachael Taylor) who head for Japan and start seeing ghostly images in their photos. Directed by Masayuki Ochiai.
