NBC’s adaptation of Thomas Harris’ book “Red Dragon” begins its second season with one heck of a knockdown, drag-out fight between two major characters. The leads are all doing fine work (Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy, Laurence Fishburne) and how great to see Gillian Anderson and Raul Esparza in featured roles. This is a grim, creepy way to spend a Friday night. Season premiere, 10:01 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, on NBC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
