I’m off to the Toronto International Film Festival this week, in search of some of the best films of the upcoming season — and, I hope, at least one beautiful costume drama. I’m liking the looks of this one: It’s “Miss Julie,” directed by Liv Ullmann and based on August Strindberg’s play about an aristocratic woman’s relationship with a servant. Though keeping the late 1800s time frame, Ullmann has switched the setting from Swedish to the north of Ireland, and cast Jessica Chastain and Colin Farrell in the lead roles. This photo looks intriguing — and reminds us that redheads always look stunning in teal.
