Tom Ellis stars in this new series from writer/director Jonathan Levine (“Warm Bodies”). The setup sounds a lot like the network’s “Royal Pains,” but with a West Coast spin. Ellis plays a “medical fixer” who caters to the Los Angeles elite. Harry Hamlin and Larenz Tate are also featured in the cast. 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, on USA (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
