Tracy Morgan, who just finished a seven-year run on NBC’s “30 Rock,” which netted the comedian/actor a 2009 Emmy-award nomination for his role as Tracy Jordan — a caricature of himself — is coming to Seattle. The Brooklyn-born and -raised comedian delivers off-the cuff, wildly unpredictable routines that have been known to ruffle some feathers. Expect the unexpected at 7 p.m. Friday at the Neptune Theatre, 1303 N.E. 45th St., Seattle, $35.50 (877-784-4849 or www.stgpresents.org).
