Scott Weinger and Candace Cameron Bure (“Full House”) play visitors to the neighborhood in the season finale of this infectious comedy about aliens who live next door. It’s pretty silly stuff (the aliens take the names of sports figures), but the more-than-capable cast (Jami Gertz, Lenny Venito, Simon Templeman) can make the most ridiculous plots believable. Let’s hope ABC gives this well-written comedy a renewal for another season. No, I’m still not over the too-soon cancellation of “Happy Endings.” 8:31 p.m. Friday, April 11, on ABC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
