‘Hell’s Kitchen’

This cooking competition/scream-a-thon hasn’t changed much in its 12th season. Chef Gordon Ramsay started out with 20 contestants, and each week he puts them through challenges and a dinner service. Contestants cut themselves, get sick and fight, all while trying to cook the perfect salmon dish or risotto. Eventually you will hear Ramsay yell “GET OUT!” 9 p.m. Thursday, April 10, on Fox (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
