Rob Dunlop was named president/CEO of KCTS Television in Seattle. Dunlop had been serving as interim president/CEO since September.
Dunlop was chosen to lead the PBS-member station after a nationwide search. He has more than two decades of experience as a television executive. He came to KCTS 9 from Fisher Communications, where he held a wide range of positions.
Geneva West was hired as government and labor-affairs manager at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Western Washington, Bellevue.
