Ed Thomas was named managing partner of Deloitte’s Seattle practice.
Thomas will oversee nearly 800 employees and will be responsible for the strategy and direction of the professional-services company’s activities in Seattle. He will also continue to serve as the lead client service partner for several key clients.
Thomas made partner at Deloitte in 1998 and in 2002 took over as the Deloitte Tax managing partner for the Pacific Northwest.
