Notable hirings and promotions.

Wayne Morter was named power operations and marketing director for Seattle City Light.

Morter comes to the public utility from the Lower Colorado River Authority, a public wholesale power provider for 43 publicly owned utilities based in Austin, Texas.

He also worked for Austin Energy in Texas, the Department of Public Utilities for the city of Richmond, Va., and Texaco.

Architecture: Jens Muller was hired as senior project manager at NK Architects, Seattle. Scott Waggoner was named senior project manager at Gensler’s Seattle office.

Asset management: Jennifer Rush and Glenn Ness were both named senior vice president, senior financial adviser and Kate Colgan was named assistant vice president, senior registered sales associate at RMG Asset Management, Bellevue.

Banking: Bob MacIsaac was appointed senior vice president for community banking at The Bank of Washington headquarters in Lynnwood, and Kevin Vitulli was appointed vice president and commercial loan officer at The Bank of Washington branch in Redmond.

Coffee: Levi Andersen was named attendee registration and educational programming manager for Coffee Fest, a division of LifeStyle Events, Issaquah.

Health care: Sameer Halai was named director of user experience, Stephanie Camp director of marketing and Brett Rubin named sales director for the Eastern Region for Limeade, Bellevue.

Media: Ryan Moore was named director of digital sales at Fisher Interactive Network (FIN), Seattle.

Real Estate: Scott Mitchelson was named senior vice president of business development at Windermere Real Estate, Seattle.

Telecommunications: Richard Cole was named West Coast regional account executive at Sound Telecom, Seattle.
