Alan Keefe was named vice president and area manager for the Capital Equipment Group at U.S. Bancorp Equipment Finance’s Seattle office. Sherry Woo, director of credit for West Coast Paper, was elected chairwoman of the board of the National Association of Credit Management.
Education: Frank Catalano joined Pearson Education’s U.S. Assessments & Testing Group as senior vice president of marketing.
Engineering: Ronald Eliason was promoted to manager of mechanical engineering at Abacus Engineered Systems. Greg Varney was named an owner at KPFF Consulting Engineers.
