Friday, Kent job fair: A number of private and government employers, including Fred Meyer, Comcast, Swift Transportation, the state Department of Corrections and the King County Sheriff’s Office, will seek workers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the second annual Kent Community Job Fair, Kent Commons, 525 Fourth Ave., Green River Room.
